Stitch pattern

Hello! These days, I spend a lot of time reading blogs. I would accomplish so much if I was knitting instead!

While surfing to see more Bella's mittens, I came across a picture by Ruth Cross that gives a very good look at the original ones. I really like the effect on the inside and the thumbs, but I don't know what stitch pattern this is... Any ideas? I'll look through my magazines. Maybe I will find something similar.

I truly like them. I'm not sure if it's because they are pretty and comfortable or because they are from Twilight. It must be both ;-)

One more day before the weekend...

They are really pretty but the most important thing is that they are from Twilight, of course ;-)

I don´t know the pattern althoug you can ask to Lolita (http://lolita-blahnik.blogspot.com/)
Look at her post of February 24.

Greetings !

It's a moss stitch. There is a pattern on Ravelry that goes with along with Marielle Henault's pattern for adding this stitch to the palm and thumb of the Bella Mitten. The name of the pattern is called "Notes for Moss Stitch Palm Variation to Bella Mittens" if you are familiar with Ravelry enough to search it. I SO want to try this pattern but haven't gotten the chance. I'd love to see yours if you start on it.
