Planning to knit this weekend

If you wonder which pattern was chosen as a result of the drawing for my bloggyversary, it was Levenwick from Gudrun Johnston.  What a beautiful pattern!  Suvi, if you are reading this, I just mailed your surprise...  Shame on me!!!

This Monday, I finally received the much awaited package for the Year in Color Club!  Oh my, it was really worth the wait!  The yarn is gorgeous:

The colorway is Truffle: a mix of green, brown and plum.  I can't stop watching and touching it ;-)

I've decided to knit a different pattern than the one that came with it.  After a week of hesitation between patterns, I came back to my first choice:  Kalajoki. This pattern has been in my queue for a while and I saw that many people knitted it with sock yarn.  I hope it will look good!

Have a great weekend everyone!

ETA: Just after I posted this, I changed my mind!  I'm going to knit Georgia Sleeves as a mini-KAL with my friend Chantal!

That yarn is just... so... yummy. The color in it kind of reminds me of an oil slick. The kind that shows up when it rains on the street.

I have to admit that I'm giggling that you'll be knitting my pattern =)

The yarn is quite lovely and I'm very excited to see how they'll knit up!

Los Kalajoki son fantásticos. Los tengo en mi lista de espera desde hace... meses!
